Oakwood Gardens Apartments

Absolutely the best apartment living that I’ve experienced. The location is perfectly situated just a few blocks away from Roger’s Ave. tucked back in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The property grounds are meticulously managed and maintained at the highest level, giving it a charming appearance. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my one bedroom/bath unit, which includes covered parking, a balcony patio and so much more. The maintenance staff are always quick to respond if a problem arises and are good people. Most all apartment’s/townhomes highlight the maintenance standards of their property’s and rarely do they come close to the expectations when called upon. I haven't been here long but these apartments have been great for me so far, no complaints. The property manager Fonda is great. She's been very proactive and helpful and is diligent to any questions or anything I need done. This location is in a great spot that is close to town and walking distance to park, yet feels secluded and quiet at the same time. I dont hear any noise from town from here. The tenants around me have been nice and seem mature and considerate of others around them so far

I've lived here for years renting and my girlfriend for about a year. The manager and maintenance personnel are by far the most understanding and helpful out of anywhere. Highly reccomend renting here.

Such a lovely place to live! It has the look and feel of a college campus. It's tucked back and surrounded by privacy fence. management, maintenace, and even the landscaping crew are always so helpful and courteous. AND the pool which is well maintained!

I love my apartment. I have been here for 4 years. Sharon and Fonda are the greatest mgrs and friends.
