Oakwood Estates

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! Katelyn Cellura is great. She is always friendly, helpful and is quick to respond. Our location has always been quiet and great neighbors. We don't hear noises from other apartments. I also love they allow pets since I can't live without my kitty. And we have a washer and dryer in the apartment so no going to the laundry room, even though they have one available. I'm thrilled they offer a garage since weather in Ohio is so unpredictable. I highly recommend Oakwood Estates.

Katelyn Cellura promptly answers any questions and addresses any issues quickly and with a professional approach. The office women were super helpful getting us ready to move in almost 6 months ago. The community for the most part is quiet and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond and answers any issues quickly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having your own washer and dryer are an added bonus. Lots of cupboard space and efficient appliances. We will continue to make Oakwood our home for the foreseeable future and are excited to renew our lease soon.

I moved in 2 1/2 months ago I love it here. When I first came to the property Taylor was very nice and helpful. When she showed me the ranch style home I told her I'm done looking I want to apply. It's quiet and I have more room. It cost more but Idc I'm happy and I'm comfortable. This was an upgrad from where I moved from. I just met Katelyn the property manager the other day. Very nice lady.

My wife and I have lived at Oakwood for about 3 years and have had a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood is generally very quiet and our ranch apartment is a great size, plenty big enough for us to start our little family when we welcomed our first child recently. The maintenance team is phenomenal as well. Katelyn and the rest of the ladies in the office have always been friendly and helpful the entire time we have lived here. Katelyn always gets back to us in a very timely manner whether it is for a maintenance concern or just a simple question. Their Henri app also makes it easy to connect with neighbors, ask questions to the community, or even shout out the excellent service by the Oakwood staff or a friendly neighbor. Overall we have been very pleased with our experience living

We have lived here at Oakwood for a very long time. We haven't had to contact the office too often but we recently had some questions regarding a couple policies. The manager Katelyn responded to our inquiries kindly and promptly. I also received a call from the staff updating some information. When I returned the call, Katelyn was very nice and patient. We also had a few maintenance requests last fall. The office staff was very helpful and efficient. The maintenance staff has always been great and reliable. Overall Oakwood is a beautiful place to live. We appreciate living here and are happy and proud to call this our home.
