Oakwood Apartments

Regardless of how your finance is. If you can, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. I was schedule for a self tour here. As I went to tour the place. Immediately notice that there was a foul sewage smell as you walked through the door. The two bedrooms looks like it was a one bedroom split in half. As we view the small kitchen area there were dead roaches through out the counter and sink. The floor also had dead roaches as well as other insects. The bathroom also displayed a dead roach. I automatically knew this was a no go and I thank god for allowing this to be bought in the open. I notice there is one review here with a false rating of 5 stars for the overall apartment. Ann and Denae were so and are so helpful to me. Got me a place as I’m going through a stressful life process. Ann has been supportive, helpful, great communication, and the community there is so friendly. I’ve never been to an apartment complex where tenants wage and say hi to their landlord! Amazing experience. I’d give it ten stars if I could. Thank you!
