If you ever think of renting from here don’t stay clear, Mike and Jamie do not know how to take care of this property nor deal with tenants they scream and shout like unreasonable people let alone no guest parking and you’ll get kicked out for even stopping by to pick someone up at the door they need a huge reality check before they become good landlords

My step daughter lives here. With the present on site manager I would strongly advise anyone thinking of renting here think twice. The resident manager screams and swears at people often. He operates by trying too intimidate the tenants. Whoever owns this building it would be very wise to get rid of this lose cannon quickly. You will have an occupancy rate of less than 50% if you keep him on staff.

I live having a balcony, decent neighborhood and the neighbors seem to be really nice.
