Oakwood Apartments

This may sound crazy compared to other reviews done many years ago about oakwood Senior apartments I personally have found that the people that work in the office are helpful in every way you can imagine most of you out there think otherwise that's what your thoughts are for people who say they don't like it here or you can't do this or you can't do that all I can say if you want to live in a place where nothing happens move to the local cemetery here people are dying to get in there that's the only way I could describe people who are grouchy incredible and do not like to give positive results on anything they see when it deserves it again I have found that the people in the office are real good with what I've observed beside me as a tenant with other tenants so don't let any of the review

I have been a resident of Oakwood Apts for nearly twenty years. Sara, Kim and Walter are all very kind and efficient. I have loved my years here and pray for many more!

Both Sarah and Kim are wonderful competent, thorough and friendly. Pet friendly. All the residents I've met so far are friendly and helpful. Also Walter the maintenance man is great! 5 stars

If you think banning guns for all residents is going to protect the apartment complex the reality is, you're advertising to criminals that Oakwood Apartments is an easy target. Removing the guns actually increases the danger to your residents. You might as well require your residents to remove all locks and keep their doors and windows open 24/7 with a sign out front that says "Come on in. Take what you can carry." Among more gruesome things that could happen.

CAUTION! This community does not allow firearms. You must surrender your Constitutional rights to live here. Only criminals will have firearms. If you live here they know you will be unarmed, thus not a threat against them. All residents will be an easy target for crime. Contact Pink-O Commie Properties for details.
