Oakview Garden Apartments

The building is managed by a woman who does not find a solution for any problem and does not speak to you in a good manner. She is always angry and always tells you that she is busy and does not listen to you. This is terrible and these are not the actions of a person in charge. The residence is dirty and there are mice in it, and they do not perform maintenance.

I have some family in this neighborhood, VERY kid friendly, been thinking about settling down here with my partner. They have I believe 3 playgrounds, and a basketball court. During the day time I recommend taking a drive through there, you’ll see how many people are usually just relaxing. Good neighborhood, great community!

The management of Oakview gardens drive is the poorest that I witnessed in the last two decades. First the office manager treated her residents with no respect, and rude manner she makes the residents uncomfortable and feels that she does favors for them. Second she is unprofessional and makes a lot of assumptions and mistakes on calculation of the annual recertification for every single family. She even has issues with her maintenance worker. The residence needs a security guard because during night time we had burglars and car thieves. The management provided a onetime security guard with private car who comes around 11:30 pm and leaves around 2:30-3:00 am every Saturday. The office manager is closed during business hours and open only by appointment. She is also racist with Muslim resid

you’ll only find a select number of people here in this neighborhood who actually care for you. the people are nosy and the kids are mean. you know who else is rude…that office lady manager. rude ash and probably hates the majority of habeshas that live there. don’t go to the pool with the assurance of having a good life guard to save you bc they don’t know how to do their job. also if you come to live here, be expecting the smell of onions or coffee irregularly. but there are some really nice lovely people and once you find them, this neighborhood will feel like home and those people like family :)

I love this place because it has very nice Apartments inside , my Landlord and everybody is nice and calm. Also , it is nearby public transportation to go to Downtown Washington D.C and Maryland. It is nearby Gas Stations , banks , Restaurants and Shopping centers . The only thing , I don't like is the Bailey's Crossroad Shelter is nearby , people like me , when get a lot bothering from Homeless when we go shopping or somewhere , else.
