Oakview Apartments

Never got our deposit back and we left the apartment clean and free of damage! They completly ignored us whenever we called and asked for our deposit. I'm sure they used our money to remodel the apartment! Heads up, the electricity bill in the Summer is high. The air-conditioning is old, so you end up paying at least $200 to $250 a month in the Summer. That's just the electricity bill! Also, I lived there for 9 years, had issues with the new renters. They weren't trust worthy because my Amazon boxes were always getting stolen. Now some of the older neighbors were amazing, but not so much the new ones!

They've been doing a lot of upgrades. They're looking so much nicer. New Management is great

My mother, a senior moved out 4 months ago and still cannot get her security deposit back. People don't deserve to have to wait on THEIR OWN money when told things were perfect and the manager says it's coming. There's no office to go to either. Shameful. Would rate lower if could, stressing my mother out and money isn't the plenty. Beware!
