Oaktree Apartments

New Year! 2023!! We have lived here since I was 13 yrs old, I'm now 35. It's up to three stars because things have been fixed around the property, it's still stop gap measures due to how old this complex is and the location being swamp area prone to flooding but it is better.The mold, ants, crime and decaying property are still covered up or hidden from new tenants. Because this is so expensive we still can't afford to move somewhere better. My photos span from time of move in to current and I have more I don't post. Please note that none of the issues stem from the on site management which after Mark and excluding that couple who dipped on Xmas one year has been wonderful. Onsite isn't responsible for owners nonsense.

I agree that this is one of the worst places to live, and really it is all because of the onsite manager Mark. The apartments are a good deal for the price and they have lots of amenities, but the property and apartments could be better taken care of. Mark is rude and needs a lesson is customer service, especially if he expects you to live by him. Always walking around smoking thinking he is doing something but when it comes down to it, he really doesnt. Our car was broken into the first week we were there and the neighbor lady told us that she saw someone out there told the manager, and when we asked him later why he didnt tell us or call the cops he said it was because he thought it was too late and that nothing could be done. It happened several more times and to other people and nothin

Living in these apartments was the most discusting, degrading, place I could ever image living.And it's for one reason only. The manager Mark Mae...he will talk about you to all the other tenants, your personnel information to.He will herass you, manipulate and threaten you.He also will go in your apartment when your not home.And if you try to talk to him about it or anything that needs fix,repaired in your apartment, Oh you miswell start packing! He is the devil himself! The meanist rudist, lieingist,manipultor I hope no one out there has to meet. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

I have lived here for 2 years and I haven't had any issues. I wasn't a fan of Mark being the manager but have been completely happy with the new management, whenever I've asked for anything they have been on it. They are very friendly people who genuinely care about the tenants that live here.

If only it wasn't built on a swamp. I live in the back and am surrounded by mushy grass and mold growth after just 6 months of living here. Love the cozy essence
