Oaks Village - Southern Homes

First interaction with Southern homes was 10-30-23 When they came to introduce themselves to some of the residence in Oak Village,( ourselves included) everything sounded good until everything actually started to be built …1 of the things that had come up at the meet and greet? I believe it was David Goetz & Another gentleman who I really don’t remember the name he did not give A business card Was about the eventual damage to the road from all the construction vehicles coming in and out. I guess you would call it a verbal agreement, but Those gentlemen said that after all the construction is done that they would go ahead and pave the roadways. There has been a lot of damage to the roadways, some temporary patches were done and as of this date, it looks like our HOA contingency fund took t
