Oaks of Woodlake

A very beautiful safe community. A very good location not far from westheimer street. Close to it there is a wonderful community park with walking trals, dog park and tennis courts. It has its private inclised outdoir area, a pool, a business center and laundry service for the tenants. Ample parking, wheelchair friendly and an amazing commmunity. Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP

I own 4 units in the Oaks of Woodlake, the onsite Property Manager is really on top of things on the property. It is now a pleasure to get repairs made! The large, safe complex is improving daily and I am happy to own the units. The number of rentals are capped, in spite of other reviews and very proactive in screening tenants.

My elderly Mother lives here and I love how heavily guarded it is. She's safe to walk around here at all times. It's an absolutely beautiful complex with many amenities!

Inept unresponsive rude condescending management. Board of Directors completely removed from any concerns about the property. Renters are considered second class citizens and are constantly harassed about parking issues. Recently made all the renters get a different colored parking pass so they could more easily identify who to harass. Unresponsive to requests of any type. If you don't live in the front half of the property the landscaping is sub par. Be sure to pay attention to this, as if there is dirt and weeds in front of your unit this will not change. It is a permanent problem and nobody cares. Porch pirates are simply escorted off of the property, not held and arrested. 'Security' is only there to report if something bad happens. Great place to live with a great community of people. Alot of dogs and a great 1 mile ring to walk dogs. 4 pools and a gym. Lacks recycling ♻️ and EV chargers. As battery electric vehicles are the future they need to install 240 volt nema outlets in all parking spots. Especially for covered residential parking and a few guest spots.
