Hello, I hope you don’t mind me reaching out. My family and I have been going through many challenges recently. We lost our car due to a flash flood, and because of that my husband lost many work hours since relying on the bus often caused him to arrive late. It’s been a very difficult adjustment for us. We explained our situation to the apartment complex, and while it seemed they understood, their actions have shown otherwise. I have submitted multiple work orders over the past several months for our air conditioning to be repaired, but nothing has ever been fixed. During this time, mold has now started to build up in the unit. I have been keeping documentation by taking photos with dates. Don’t move here! It’s very humid inside the apartment and the smell of it is very strong. The neighbours take things that are set outside and the office does nothing even when we have security footage of it. If a lock of theirs near you is broken then they charge you for it despite not being responsible for it. The floors also crack, there’s lines of cracks around our place which suddenly appear. The last issue is the floor randomly broke after having a big bump and the tile came off in one area and the office won’t fix it. My elderly grandma nearly fell because of this issue that was sudden.

Don't even bother wasting your time checking out these apartments. Parking is horrible. Their sewage comes up. You can literally see feces and toilet paper wads at times. Management is horrible. Maintenance is pathetic. And I'm pretty sure whoever wrote those nice reviews were either paid or work there. Harris county should really step in about the sewage that keeps coming up. I'm literally on edge to report this complex.

The leasing agent Yelenny was very nice and informative she was very patient and detailed about all my questions about the apartment she was very open to answer all my concerns and doubts but her attitude definitely made me choose these apartments.

My aunt and I have lived here for a while and it used to be a good nice place. However, ever since the new management and the new owner came in it became a horrible place. The rent skyrocked from $480 to $575 for 1 room. Front door is always open and strangers come in the property to do whatever they please; security guy doesn't seem to do much, laundry room has but a few working washers and dryers that I could count with my fingers, COMBINED, and the pool is always dirty. Inside our apartment, there are tons of roaches everywhere (one time we also saw a lizard cralw across the kitchen!), the appliances are old, broken atove, broken dishwasher, broken light above the sink...
