Oaks Lincoln Apartments & Townhomes

Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is extremely helpful and professional. I lived here little over a year and I enjoyed the community and my kids love the pool during the summer. I work a lot so it's hard for me to participate in community gatherings and events.

I've lived here for 9 years and highly recommend this place. The onsite maintenance team is awesome and able to fix problems quickly. Management is very responsive, respectful and professional. I am a single male in his 50s, perfect place.

Have lived here almost a year, impressed with pride in building upkeep and quiet neighbors are an added bonus! Nice community gatherings!

Oaks Lincoln has had its ups and downs in the past six years I've been here. The crown jewel of this property is the on-site maintenance. Lightning fast responses and permanent fixes, not band aids. Maintenance team gets 5++++++ stars!

Older apartment complex serving its purpose. A little disappointed in an unwillingness to take some off the rent when water broke through my ceiling from above and required 1/2 a week of no bathroom use.
