Oaks at Stone Fountain

I was having trouble with my thermostat I wasn't able to get heat in my apartment so I contacted the leasing office by text I got a response very quick within 3 minutes from the manager at The Oaks Fountain the maintenance guy came and solved my problem 🙂now my apartment has heat and I'm comfortable and satisfy They did a great job in making sure I were comfortable thanks to Oaks Fountain kudos 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been at this complex since 2019, and for the most part, everything has been great but that was when Jolene was here. She was always reachable , maintenance issues were fixed in a day. Now for some strange reason we can't get an exterminator to come out, and it might be days before a simple maintenance issue gets looked at. The current manager is always between properties and that makes it difficult to request any issues that I may have.

I have been here 6years and these apartments are wonderful. I love that they are quiet and clean. I love that it's gated and I feel secure. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. And the landlord Jeanette and her supervisor are awesome. They worked with me when it came to rent and payments while I was getting back on my feet down to maintenance that needed to be done within my home. I love that they continue to have events for the kids and make us aware of anything that's going on or will be going on in the complex..!!!!!!

Leave here for over 9 years, never had any issue with my neighbors, they’re always respectful with me. The office staff always helps with any issue that you can possibly have. Maintenance work it’s done really fast. The apartments are really big inside and very comfortable, the price for the space it’s really good. They have a front gate, pool it’s always clean, and they have a gym. I’m very happy here.

I've recently moved from The Oaks @ Stone Fountain Apts. I lived there for nearly 10 yrs. I had a few issues with my apts throughout those years, mostly normal issues but some major issues as well. I've see several changes of management & maintenance workers. Some of the past property managers were not doing their jobs, but I must admit that these apts are finally turning around for the BETTER! Trust me, the new Business Manager Jolene S. is hands down doing her job & taking on YEARS of work of unorganized & unprofessional PAST management that I've personally witnessed and delt with. Last year when Jolene came in, I went to the office w/ my maintenance issues. Within days, all my minor maintenance issues were COMPLETED (issues I was trying for MONTHS to get fixed)!
