Oaks at St. John Apartments

What a blessing!! Thank you Dawn and Diane for everything you do here at Oaks at St. John. They truly care about the residents and put in so much effort and care into everything they do. I feel so blessed to be able to be here with such caring people. The building itself is lovely, it sits on a beautiful lake. The layouts of the apartments are so cool they have so much personality. The other residents have all been lovely - my children have already made friends. Can't say enough good things.

I came here with just my kids and I in a pretty rough spot. Got a really cool job that made enough for us to live off of and applied for these apartments 12/12. They promised to get everything done by Christmas. I complied with everything, handed it in over and over and they kept needing something more or little tweaks made. Communication was usually just at the beginning of the week and the very end when nothing could be done any longer. Dianna was the only one who I could get in touch with regularly and was fantastic. While waiting through these last four weeks for them to figure out how to do things correctly and because of the dire circumstance also, I lost everything and am back at square one again. I can't say enough about the leasing manager Ms. Dawn. She is truly one of the most caring and helpful person I've dealt with in my two years of being a tenant here. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable and taken care of, and it really shows that she genuinely cares about the people living here not just the property. It's rare to find someone in this role who is compassionate and attentive, and I'm very grateful to have her here.

This is my third year at this complex and I love it! The office staff is amazing. Mrs. Dianne you can tell she always answers the phone with a smile and ready to assist you. Mr. Pedro the maintenance supervisor is awesome ! He’s very professional and attentive to your needs. Late night issues he’s there to get the jobs fixed . I feel my children are safe and they’re made many friends here.

I called in to ask some questions about the property and about rates and Diane was extremely helpful super knowledgeable about her property and about what I would need to qualify as a potential tenant! I would definitely recommend at least giving the folks a call. Their kindness will absolutely play a big role in my decision to move when the time is right.
