I love the environment and atmosphere . The complex is nice the grounds are kept very clean. The front office personnel are very professional and friendly. It's beautiful and affordable. My family and I love Shannon's Crossing

Live there for years constant inspections they let anyone of color get away with anything roach infested and they nitpick every single thing got a little bit mold on the wall you know it's coming in because outside world weren't sealed properly concrete's on the outside patio a little dirty but isn't it their job to clean it they may be super cheap but you can't do shit I say living in a prison is better than this I can't do oil changes can't replace your tires can't do car work and they tow your car without any warning

If you're looking for a safe, clean, and clean friendly neighborhood come by and fill out your application. The office is directly in front of the apartment complex they're very friendly and have excellent customer service.

My grandmother was literally on the list here for 6 years. She’s elderly and disabled (deaf). They never got her into an apartment and the manager was horribly rude. I finally just took her off the list and found her another, much nicer place for the same amount of money.

This place provides budget accommodations to farm workers. Their apartments are very nicely finished and in perfect condition. The people who work here contribute greatly to maintaining the property in their best conditions and by providing a caring relationship with the tenants.
