Oaks at New Hope

Upon moving in, I immediately noticed small roaches emerging from cracks and crevices throughout the unit. Additionally, the apartment I was given did not align with the one that was originally shown to me prior to signing. As this was my first apartment, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I was forced to move out shortly after moving in. Overall, the situation felt misleading, and I would strongly recommend exploring other housing options before committing here. save yo money twin

Where do i start smh. Horrible process from mold,to roaches and to trying to keep your deposit to disrespectful Sharon and cliff . You can ask the whole community before they discredit what I'm writing. Check everywhere in your apt there's MOLD EVERYWHERE. You make a complaint they get hostile and do tactics to make you suffer.talk about mold in your apt here comes maintenance to spray bleach on it🤦🏾‍♂️. The roaches never leave with the cheap "pest control". I would not move here I've gotten multiple stories from residency about keeping deposits when you have been signed out on paper not owing the property. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This is the first time I can say that I don’t have any issues with the apartment complex, it’s peaceful, they keep everything clean, they’re on top of fixing things when you call and most of all they’re really helpful in the office even if you need help with your own stuff, always helpful and patient, I love living here.

The staff is amazing, the communication is flawless, the apartments are nice, and maintenance is awesome. They quickly respond to your concerns, and they provide pest control which is well needed in a community close to the water, with families including small children and animals. They're quiet at night and parking is accommodating to the number of units. This is a family friendly quiet neighborhood and deserves 10 stars, but they only allow 5.
