Oaks at Magnolia

This had been a horrible rental experience. The washer and dryer I paid for wasn't here when I moved in. I was told daily after that, that it would be installed. It finally was a week later. I was told the fee would be waived for the inconvenience and it never was. My air conditioner fan blows warm humid air nonstop. I put a work order in for this over a month ago. Every week it's been promised it will be fixed with no results. My electric bill has been twice what it should be. I advise you to rent somewhere else. Lots of promises have been made with no follow-through. These piles of trash have been here for weeks.

Great landlord! The apartment was in great condition, and any issues were handled quickly. Communication was easy, and the whole rental process was smooth. I’d definitely rent from them again.

Don't waste your time. New management is horrible. Pest control horrible. They are quick to take your money but take forever to respond to a maintenance issue. Was out of a stove for 3 weeks and a refrigerator for a week and all my food went bad. It's cheap but not worth the hassle. Don't do it to yourself moving here... been here 3 years and it has gotten worse every year. Definitely not renewing here. Listen to the reviews cause they are telling the truth. They also added my rent money to my housemate account. If i did not have proof that i paid it, i would've probably lost that money. Good luck

Falsely advertising available units while taking applications and fees, no physical leasing office, Same lady answering EVERY number I have found for this property yet no contact from actual Management. Very unprofessional

This is my first review ever so please consider it serious that someone took time to warn you beforehand: Don't even bother about living here! Please take advice! Yes, the prices are awesome and reasonable and suitable to one's budget. HOWEVER, they treat residents like crap. They will lose your money order, their computer system is never updated so don't be surprised if you receive a "3 day letter". They are unprofessional in the office and obviously don't take their job serious. They are rude.They will laugh in your face (No, literally they will) if they feel your complaint is too outrageous. My friend lives here also and they moved an entire family in during the middle of the semester and had no remorse all because of a "fair housing act". So she ended up having a family of three kids
