Oaks Apartments

Hello to every one who is looking for a home! I just couldnt help but to comment on Oaks Apartments. A specially when I saw those "one star" coments. I don't know what was going on 4 years ago, (thats how old privious coments are) but my friend moved in one of their appartment in 2019. I helped to make place beautiful and cozy. The back yard is huge and full of greens. When we needed maintnents guy to come in, he showed up in 15 min after our request. You only pay rent and electricity, water and heat are included in rent. Appartment has several thermostates in different areas, inside of this place, so you can control temperature in the badroom, dining area, living room and hallway with its own thermostate. Heat is based on warm water radiators, so no blowing hot air and roring heater! VER

Management was so helpful & absolutely wonderful, anything I needed was done immediately. Such a nice community, very quiet, & in a great area. 10/10 would recommend

My brother and I lived here for 5 and a half years and we loved the neighborhood. It is very quiet and safe, has good access roads, and there is a Target, Heinen’s, Chipotles, Potbelly, Starbucks, and other stores nearby. The buildings are well maintained, the areas are clean, and there are walkways behind the buildings, surrounded by nature, where you can see wildlife. Karen, the manager, is very friendly and along with Rafael, they respond immediately to your requests and solve any issues in the unit. I highly recommend this place!

Please Don't move into this apartment. The management don't tell you everything straightly and talk to you only on emails. They asked me to submit application with the application fee. They didn't even give me few hours to decide. First they asked me to submit the fee as early as possible, when I did they said some body came over you so you're on the second priority (this was within 1 day). Later I kept on taking follow ups and finally they decided to show an apartment. Literally, they showed me a dirty apartment and asked me to tell our final decision within 1 hour if we want to proceed or not. I asked them to first clean the apartment first properly and then we will move in. They said, no we need to tell them in one hour as the market is hot and people are waiting to get in. They literal

I just moved in 9/1/2015. They have a fresh coat of paint and put in New carpet. The bathroom has the flooring coming up by the toilet and there is black (mold?) Behind the toilet. The kitchen is small. One drawer won't open unless you have the oven opened first. The refrigerator door won't open fully since the door hits the wall across from it. There isn't a linen closet. You can hear the neighbors. There is a sliding glass door that brings in lots of light. There is a dirt walking path that goes around the apartment complex. Plenty of parkIng. Coin laundry.
