Oakridge Apartments

Tina is absolutely amazing, great place to start out if your building. She understands and does try to help. However, maintenance sucks. Hot water is always off and on, my sink disposal was broken and 2 months before I finally broke my lease and left it still wasn’t fixed and had half a sink because it was half taken apart and left to sit until the new part came in. What made me break my lease, was my stove had an issue and started smoking. It was an electrical issue because I had to shut off the breaker, (because when it was on it started to smoke) took a whole week for someone to show up and that’s just dangerous. Unsafe especially when you have a newborn.

TINA IS THE BEST I LOVE HER SO MUCH BEEN HERE 7 MONTHS AND SHE FIXES ANYTHING THAT I’VE CALLED FOR WHICH WASNT MUCH AND SHE KNOWS HOW TO ACTUALLY TALK TO PPL

GO SEE TINA !!!!!! She nice & respectful.. she told me what I need to get approved for my apartment.. she patient & mean business..
