Oakmont Flats

Adding on to my review since apparently I’m not a current resident lol. Again this company has had plenty of time to prepare for this major snow storm we have this weekend (1/25/26) No plows or anything has been done. People unfortunately still have to work and are unable to make it back home without getting stuck at our entrance. These matters were not taken seriously and nothing has been done. We are now on our third property manager because this pace can’t seem this keep employees. Stair case in building 5 sucks. Railing is hanging on by very loose few screws, bottom step was “fixed” but is still slanted inward causing you to place your foot to the side. Huge fall risks for all tenants especially pregnant ones. Will have to continue making calls until something is done. Second winter h

The management and staff are super friendly and helpful, they really are, but this has been the worst living experience I've ever had in my life. Building 7; some of the tenants on the second floor constantly and intentionally stomp and bang on the walls causing my entire apartment to violently vibrate and rattle. ALL DAY. ALL NIGHT. This old building simply isn't nearly as structurally sound as it should be.

All the staff I've interacted with since moving in have been incredibly welcoming and accomodating! The property manager Cheyenne is very friendly and clearly cares a lot for her residents. I had to get some maintenace work done in my unit and the maintenace worker Bill was very nice, efficient, and made sure we received a quality repair. Very happy with everything so far! :)

* edited to say that they reached out to help with the tow situation. My daughter hit a deer Tuesday night and we towed the car there until she could reach her insurance. She came home from work Wednesday and the car is gone. She calls insurance to see if they've already picked it up. They hadn't. She walks to your office since it's not 5pm yet. She can see that your "staff" is still there, but she goes to the door and it's locked. She walks around the side and the vehicle that was there is now gone. Seriously? You closed up and walked out on your tenant. A very nice maintenance man tells her they had it towed and thanks her for not going off on him. Not even 24 hours and you towed her car?! She already told me that every time she tried to use the pool last summer it was closed. This plac

I've lived here for a few years and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Ive had very minimal issues and when I do they work with me to get it fixed in the best way possible. If you work with them, they'll work with you. My neighbors are all sweet and helpful, alongside being people I can consider friends. The office staff is great and extremely helpful. Brian is especially committed to helping make this place better than he received it when he took it over. Brian is super easy to work with and an amazing property manager. Lastly I want to give a big shout out to the maintenance man Travis. Travis has been an absolute blessing to this property. I see him when I leave for work and see him again when I get home from work. Travis puts his blood, sweat, and tears into ACTUALLY fixing things instead of
