Wonderful experience. Very professional from the beginning and throughout building my new home at Oakmead. I will say the quality of work and materials was much better than other builders that I have worked with before. This is my fourth time building a new home. The warranty department has reach out several times to check in but so far everything is working great and we have no complaints. The community is quiet and the neighbors that I have met so far are just as happy as me. Thank you Taylor Morrison.
