Oaklee Village Apartments

This place honestly doesn’t deserve any stars we moved in in the winter time with our newborn baby we didn’t have working heat and then the maintenance man came in to fix and told us we can’t turn our heat on past 73 or it will go out and the gave a us a space heater within a few days they knocked on the door asking for it back. We had to have them come into the apartment multiple times because our hot water would go out. The apartment upstairs had a pipe or something bust while we were on vacation and the rental office never contacted us, the water had leaked thru the ceiling and they never thought to come and check our apartment. The rats and mice were so bad that I had to take my daughter and move they were getting into everything even chewing thru the walls, everything in the unit was

Please do your research on Oaklee Village before signing your lease . Latoria (if she’s still there) was the only person willing to help me with the issues I had with the apartment. As far as everyone else from maintenance to management they absolutely suck ! This was my first apartment and I had issues with my stove , my plumbing, my windows etc . Please please do your research

If I could give 0 stars I would. On Christmas Eve the pipes burst in the vacant unit above mine, the windows were left open when the unit has been vacant for 2 months. I repeatedly called for hours with the water flooding into my unit and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. After 3 hours emergency services were called to shut off the water to the building. My place was destroyed and needed to be vacated and when I asked the rental office what they would do they said "that's what renters insurance is for," so apparently they believe renters insurance is supposed to cover their negligence, waiting 4 days after the flooding to come and vacuum the water, and somehow thinking it's acceptable to "cover your stuff while they do the repairs" no offer to move me to another unit, and somehow believing thes

Wouldn’t even give this 1 star! Absolutely would not recommend!!! My mother has lived here for about 2 years and it’s just not an environment for someone who has SEVERE health challenges. No air conditioning, rodent traps are set up in her apartment. The air filters in the apartment are not changed regularly. The drain in the tub has always given her problems. My mother is not problematic whatsoever she’s on dialysis so she does all she can. My mother has RUDE INCONSIDERATE NASTY NEIGHBORS above her. They smoke cigarettes through the vents ON PURPOSE because it’s no way or reason to smell that ALL IN HER APARTMENT. My mother ALSO HAS ASTHMA!! ALSO The neighbors have been absolutely disgusting towards my mother in regards to the LOUD NOISE THEY MAKE FROM 4AM-1AM!!! Literally from sun up to

Been here for 9 years. I live on the quiet side. I really haven't had no major problems. When I needed any work done, I called they came. The people in office always been there for me. Thank you Latoya and other staff members. My only complaint is nothing is included in your rent. You pay for everything. Other than that I loved it here. ....Close to all stores. 3/3/2023. Needed work done in bathroom. The two guys came were very responsive respectful and a great sense of humor. They are keepers...
