Oakleaf Townhouses

Watching my friend go through her experience at this complex was honestly awful. I was the one who recommended these townhomes to her because she has a big dog and I thought it would be a good fit. I feel terrible about that now. From the very beginning, the apartment clearly wasn’t ready for move-in. There were multiple maintenance issues that management was already aware of from the previous tenant but had not fixed. On top of that, there was a serious German roach infestation. I’m not talking about seeing one or two bugs — she was seeing them in cabinets, drawers, on the floor, and near her dog’s food from the first day she moved in. ⭐ 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would) Do not live here. This has been one of the most disappointing and unsanitary living experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in, nothing was ready — the dishwasher didn’t work, there was no hot water, the bathroom fan was broken etc. But the biggest issue was the German roach infestation (which, for context, is one of the hardest infestations to eliminate, you need constant and consistent specialized treatment. They take SEVERAL MONTHS to go away; if you even get them to go away.) The maintenance man (Phillip) he is amazing and kind. But it’s only him for the entire complex and bless his heart but sometimes it takes weeks for a work order to be done (my dishwasher legit took 3 weeks.) The new renovations the new company is doing our amazing. I love our new private backyards, the exterior door paint is my new favorite color and we now have some cool outdoor spaces to gather with our friends.

Phillip makes the world go round! Can’t say enough on how impactful he has been while renting at Oakleaf and I know many other tenants feel the same. If there was ever any maintenance issues we always knew we were in good hands. Thank you Phillip!

We recently moved out but loved living here! Drew and Emily were the sweetest and Phillip was so attentive to our needs. We will miss this cute and quaint community! I highly recommend to move here if you’re looking for more of a home feel than apartment life. It’s also so close to everything which we loved taking advantage of!!!
