Huge credits to Amanda and Justin from the property management team for consistent and meticulous handling/clearing of snow and ice on the estate throughout this 2025-2026 winter. They made sure that residents like us are well taken care of and get through winter safely.

Excellent Place for living in Ann Arbor!!! I have lived at OakCliff for 3 years. The location, community, safety and service are perfect! I have so many good memories here. Kendra, Hati, Dan are very nice! If you need any help, they will reply to your message/email very quickly! If you have a car, the private garage is also a great plus (cool in summer, warm in winter)! They clean the snow from the road before you go to work in the morning. By the way, moving in and out was also very smooth. I have recommended this place to many friends.

I just moved to Oakcliff Apartments and I needed some repairs done from the previous tenant. The maintenance team Justin and Amanda have been incredible! They are very speedy, communicative, friendly, and efficient. The two of them are confident in their skills and extremely courteous of your belongings and keeping your apartment clean. They always say hello to me while I am walking around the compound and they have demonstrated hard work ethic and drive! Lucky to have a superb maintenance team at my new place!

STAT AWAY FROM APT#2427. I lived in #2427 for a year and half with my wife, but total experience was terrible. When I first moved in, I really liked this place because it was very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. After moving-in, I noticed generous amount of noise coming from the ceiling. That was foot step noise from the neighbor in the upstairs. It was over the acceptance level and even at 1 or 2 am sometimes. My wife and I woke up due to the noise. This noise was not every day thing, so we tried to bear it but it started to affect our lives and I just couldn’t stand seeing my wife feeling stressed. I’ve been a resident at Oakcliff for nearly two years, and I have enjoyed being part of the community. The maintenance team has consistently been attentive and accommodating, always mindful of the busy schedules of the residents. I recently relocated to a different unit within Oakcliff and have had several interactions with the maintenance crew due to a few broken appliances and minor work orders. As I have a small dog and a full-time job, coordinating a time during working hours to be home for repairs can be challenging.
