Oakbrook Apartments

Kelly Elrod was especially great to work with. She was attentive, quick to respond, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. That kind of service really stands out. Really happy with my experience at Oakbrook Apartments in Glen Allen. The community is quiet, well kept, and has a nice cottage-style feel with lots of greenery, but you’re still super close to Short Pump and Richmond. The apartments are updated and comfortable, and adorable. I love that there are no steps/ Overall, I’d definitely recommend Oakbrook if you want somewhere peaceful that’s still close to everything.

I've been living here now for about 6 months, and I love it. Great price for the area and the space you get. Parking can be a little hard to get used to the road in and out is a loop. The AC unit is a hotel wall unit with an air ducted straped to it, so if you like it cold, the 90 + days will be hard. The kitchen is so big with a large island that is so versatile, can be prep station and dining room table of work space. Over all a good place to live I would recommend it to anyone looking!!!

Overall I have had a decent time living in this apartment complex, however I will soon be moving out due to a severe mold issue that was not handled properly. In August of this past year I notified the management of a mold issue, upon further inspection with the manager and maintenance personnel we noticed the mold had gotten into the insulation. I questioned the staff about assisting me with a hotel room for the weekend due to not being able to stay at my apartment complex in good health. I had already become congested due to my immune system being compromised from the mold. I am allergic to penicillins so I am more sensitive to these type of things. They denied my request and said the supplies to fix the duct would not be in until Monday and I could stay at my apartment. I ended up

Upon arrival, the leasing office was very clean and friendly. The community looks lovely itself as the one bedroom unit was perfect for my needs, thank you again!

Lacey has been awesome. I am very pleased with the work ethic that was brought to Oakbrook. It was needed. I have been a resident for 3 years. Well pleased. Thank you again ladies!
