Oakbrook Apartments

OMG I love this place 😭 Oakbrook Apartments is super clean, quiet, and in such a good location near everything. The apartments are spacious and honestly way nicer than I expected for the price. Utilities being included is a HUGE plus. Management is really helpful and actually responds, which is rare lol. I feel safe here and it genuinely feels like a community. If you’re looking for a chill, stress-free place to live, I’d 100% recommend Oakbrook.

I have never lived in this property I will make the first review I did see this on the city's Anti***** fix it list 34 violations is nothing compared to some. I sure that could be taken care of in short time I know money is very important and not everyone can even make money to fix or do things that are necessary.The Outside is Beautiful and that tells me a lot! I don't know why it's on the list . I've been renting from a motel that should be 1 on this list. But I'm not going to be ungrateful cause it's better than being on the streets.

Honestly Oakbrook apartments has done a fantastic job, unbelievable how new the apartments are, walking in you can see the new stove, fridge, carpets, and even flooring. At this point i truly believe i havent seen any apartments this clean for such price.

DO NOT MOVE HERE YOUR GAS BILL WILL BE HIGHER THAN YOUR SECTION 8 RENT OR YOUR REGULAR RENT. YOU ARE WARNED. There are tenants living there with no gas cause they can not afford it..something is wrong with The OAKBROOK APTS ON ARGYLE IN GRESNO CA

Very great living, I lived here for almost 2 yrs, still miss the place, manager is very good person, strongly recommend
