I hired Jasmine Duncan at Oak Shores Realty to handle the sale of a California property while I was living in Arizona and navigating probate. In the beginning of the process, Jasmine was responsive, helpful, and professional. She ultimately represented both sides of the transaction that I brought to her, and the early stages went smoothly. Unfortunately, the end of the sale was a very different experience. Communication dropped off completely in the final days before closing, and I was left unsure whether the sale had actually finalized. I did not receive any confirmation, follow‑up, or even a simple note of appreciation after closing. In fact, the only contact I received was an email asking for a review.
