I’ve been living at Oak Row for a couple months now and overall I couldn’t be more pleased. One of the standout reasons for this is our manager, Keana. Soon after I moved she became the manager of the building. From day one she has shown tremendous dedication to making the building a great place to live. She implements activities and events - like pet of the month, grab and go, Halloween door contest or resident get‑together, that bring residents together and create a real sense of community. She is responsive and proactive: when a maintenance issue arises, she follows up, coordinates with the team, and keeps residents informed. I have been trying to put into words how helpful, professional, respectful, and responsive Andrea and Dawn have been especially concerning myself and my stay here at Oak Row, but nothing I come up with really says or encompasses how much I appreciate all that they have done for me and I cannot thank them enough for all of there efforts to make sure I am taking care of. I'm very happy to have moved to Oak Row a month ago. It seems like many reviews online are from a previous management company. The current management has been great from my experience so far and Matt and Ryan in the leasing office are phenomenal! They smile and greet you as you walk by and are very approachable and quick to address any questions or issues. The apartment itself is very nice with an open floor plan and new, brand-name appliances. Side note - the water pressure in the showers is amazing. There are some great amenities like game rooms and a well-rounded gym. They also have work from home spaces and a kid's play room. Outside there is a fenced-in dog run to let your dog off leash. Some owners don't pick up after themselves but that's the same anywhere you go unfortunately. Th

Matt and Ryan were both very accommodating to us when looking at Oak Row for our next home. We were looking to find a new home closer to our job locations fairly quickly and soon, and they both helped make the process easy and efficient. We were running late to our tour and Matt took the time to show us everything without feeling rushed. The community seemed very clean, friendly and welcoming to dogs. They have a decent sized dog park/run outside, a pet washing station in the garage, millennium park is close by for long walks, and there’s also a doggy daycare right across the street! Perfect home for our Golden-doodle Ollie. They even had doggy treats in the club house we noticed. Very pet friendly community it seems. We cannot wait to move to Oak Row in a few months!
