Oak Ridge Village Apartments

I have been living here 2 months now and I really like this place. I was so excited to get the call from Lisa" property manager" that a unit had become available as I was close to facing homelessness. I am so Thankful for a place to finally call my own, and a place to call home. Everyone here in my building is very friendly, and if there's ever a time where I have a question or a maintenance issue, onsite staff is quick to respond. I also appreciate the opportunity to work with our new social service coordinator and utilize the other amenities that this community offers.

Oakridge Village is a pleasant little community tucked nicely next to the public pool and library in Antioch. The staff are caring and supportive of the residents and their needs. I had a nice time here and would recommend Oakridge for anyone interested in moving to an apartment or townhouse in the Antioch area.

I've been living here for a few years and I love it! The manager Lisa & maintenance man Tony are both very friendly, quick to respond, hard working & caring! We also have a lady named Amber who works here and she does so much for all of the people that live here! She plans events, helps with any needs we have, & is a great person!

We been here for almost 7 years. Our neighbors are friendly, nice small town. Close to metra train, stores, etc. We especially appreciate our new property manager Lisa and new maintenance man Tony. They both are very friendly, prompt in responsing to any concerns or maintenance issues. There both doing a great job trying to keep the property clean, the office running smoothly and everything in order. Thank you Lisa & Tony for the Gradual Improvements and making Oakridge Village a better place to live!

I have lived at Oak Ridge Village for a couple of years now. I love living here. When I have needed maintenance, they come and fix the problem. They work very hard to keep the whole building clean and functioning. The grounds are both clean and accessible. The building manager is excellent at taking care of the paperwork required for subsidized housing, which is a lot of information to stay on top of (and excellent at solving the random problems that life doles out). The other tenants are friendly and it is located near the stores and other resources a person needs to live. I am so grateful to be here!
