Oak Ridge Apartments

I've read all reviews and it was interesting..as always there's pros and cons but I can only speak on my experience this is my second year as I just renewed my lease and I have no complaints...from day one Marcel Bosman the manager has been exceptional...yes it's a process of getting approved and it is a small complex but it's worth it...the small community of this family as I call it because it feels like it rarely move once residing here ..Rent is reasonable as well as spacious...I love how Marcel takes care of these apartments because he seems to enjoy the work he do and dedicated to all tenants well being as well as safety...maintenance is always prompt..I love the atmosphere and this quiet community as well as the neighborhood....stores are convenient and close to freeway....I do rec

I can't say enough good things about this apartment community. From day one, the staff has be Mr. Marshall has been friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. The manager works tirelessly to keep the property well-maintained and running smoothly — you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the work they do. What really sets this place apart is the compassion and patience the team shows. They truly go above and beyond to support the families who live here. Whenever I submit a work order, there's a real sense of urgency. Things get done quickly and efficiently, and they always follow up to make sure everything is taken care of. I really like here, honestly. I am deaf, here is very quiet and peaceful. It’s very respectful to friendly/ good people live here, it’s beautiful people and families too. They’re happy and enjoying. Honestly, I really like live in Nolanville because best for me. The office manger is best fully to helpful to good people, make sure to they’re feel a comfortable and safety.

The manager Mr. Marcel is very profesional and polite. I was looking for Apartment information, he explain me all the paperwork detail for apply. The complex apartment are really clean and neat.
