We absolutely love living in Oak Park Trails in Katy! From the moment we came to tour, it just felt like home. I actually appreciate that the community isn’t brand new, it has character, mature landscaping, and a warm, established feel that you just can’t replicate in newer developments. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and truly has that cozy, homey vibe. The amenities are fantastic and very well maintained. I have to give a special shoutout to Sara, she is AMAZING! She’s incredibly personable, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. She makes the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so approachable and dedicated.

Oak Park Trails is a professionally managed property operating under a legally binding lease that every resident signs. The terms are clear and consistently enforced to protect the quality of life for everyone who lives here. Some recent reviews reflect situations where residents were held accountable for lease violations or where unfortunate events occurred that were beyond management’s control. Unexpected issues can happen anywhere — in apartments, gated neighborhoods, or million-dollar homes. No property is immune to life’s unpredictability. Management takes safety seriously, responds to maintenance, documents concerns, and encourages residents to contact proper authorities when necessary. Lived here for years. Never had an issue. Now being charged unjustly by this new management for trash violation when the third party company we as renters pay for monthly did not come pick up the trash on a supposed pickup day. Sent leasing office management an email with time stamp photos from my video camera showing the trash was never picked up by the third party company. Received response from management indicating we're supposed to bring the trash in or bring to the dumpster area if they don't come pickup. Even though we're paying for them to do so Sun-Thurs?? When I asked for clarification where it states we need to bring the trash to the dumpster area if pickup is not completed per the 3rd party's company I received no response. Of course. Oak Park is ALWAYS fast to address any issues. I put a maintenance request in and literally 10 mins later my doorbell rang for the fix. Rudy and team are top notch! If you want to live somewhere where you feel valued, Oak Park is the place!

This was an amazing community. I enjoyed the tour and the floor plan we viewed. The community is peaceful, the staff is super friendly, and the apartments feels cozy. Perfect little spot in Katy!
