The Property Manager and maintenance man are amazing! They're friendly, compassionate and understanding and respectful. Even for Christmas they had Santa Claus come out with pizza, cupcakes, cookies, and a movie for the children had it decorated with Christmas decor and took pictures for the parents. I've never seen any apartment complex to take their time out and do that! The neighborhood is quiet and very clean. Ashley, the Property Manager also is very helpful. If there is something you do not understand or need help with she is there instead of dismissing you. The maintenance orders are completed quickly and she gives out notices in adequate time frame so you're not rushing around. I've been here going on 7 months and its been one of the nicest properties my children and I have ever li
Our experience at Oak Park Apts was good It’s in a nice neighborhood. The manager (Ashley) is great and professional she was really helpful when we had questions or concerns (she would take the time to explain things) Didn’t have any problems with her or staff. Maintenance staff (Carl) is a really nice person and helpful as well.
It looks so nice me and my mom are on the wait list and honestly I’m so ready to move in and I can not wait till it happens 💜
