We have rented here since 2018 and I have always been impressed by how quick and attentive the maintenance staff is. Randy and Jorge always take care of us when anything goes wrong in our home. The property is quiet and I’ve always felt very safe here. We are close to all the schools in OPUSD. It’s close to hiking trails and tons of kid’s activities. It’s a great property!

This is my second time renting with Equity Residential, the first being in Washington, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The neighborhood and complex are clean, safe, and well maintained, and my neighbors have been great. I had the good fortune of moving into a renovated unit, so I can’t speak to some of the other reviews, but my experience has been very positive. The upgraded stainless steel appliances and lack of carpet are a big plus, and the unit itself looks great. I’m also enjoying the touchpad locks and smart features like the Google Nest. Loraine has been wonderful throughout the process, and I’m looking forward to getting to know the rest of the staff and enjoying my time here.

Randy came by right away to fix my door. He also fixed my blind. He was friendly, thorough, and professional. Great experience working with Randy. All of the maintance workers are great, I’ve worked with Matt, Jorge, and Cristobal. The manager, Jose, is pleasant as well.

These apartments are amazing. Nice and cozy for your family. The maintenance men are also really helpful. Especially Jorge Casillas. He is patient and really takes his time to do the job right. Does great work and is an all around great worker.

I just signed a lease last week and could not be happier. The complex is beautiful and in a very nice area. Very quiet and peaceful. Renne V at Oak Park apartments instantly made us feel welcome, safe, and excited to join the community. A feeling that I did not get when meeting with other property managements teams at other places and ultimately is what made us decide to come here. Thank you so much Renne for all of your help!!
