Oak Meadows

I moved in a month ago and couldn’t be happier. The apartments are surprisingly affordable and really nice, the office staff is amazing, and the common areas — especially the hot tub — are great. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, and I feel very lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend, especially for students looking for an affordable place with roommates.

Oak Meadows is a great place! I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it’s been amazing! Close to my jobs, to USU and is super convenient! Management is awesome always so nice with any questions! Maintenance is amazing too! 10/10 would recommend!

Over the four years I lived at this property, our experience declined significantly, especially in regard to management professionalism, communication, and fairness. Our unit remained unrenovated the entire time, with original appliances and very old carpeting. Despite the outdated condition and lack of upgrades, our rent increased steadily each year. We accepted these increases expecting consistent professionalism and fair treatment, but this was not our experience in the final months of our residency. Earlier in our tenancy, when Cierra was managing the property, communication was professional and respectful. This is by far the best apartment option my husband and I found based on price, space, perks (like the gym, laundry facility, pool and hot tub) and overall quality / cleanliness. We were so welcomed when we first came here, and the front office is really on top of giving notice for little apartment events, and maintenance checkups. I have been really comfortable here and highly recommend this apartment complex

This is a fantastic place. The location is prime for groceries and it’s a pretty direct shot to campus, not bad. Id say the hardest part is there can be a lot of dog messes in the grass. But that’s the price we pay for choosing dog friendly apartments, haha. Otherwise, all the amenities and the apartment quality for the price we pay is absolutely stellar
