I recently toured an apartment and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Bryan. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the unit, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything about the layout, amenities, and leasing process.

I had a great experience at this apartment complex, and I especially want to recognize Bryan for his outstanding help. From start to finish, he assisted me with everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. Bryan truly made a difference in my experience, and I highly recommend this community because of the excellent service he provided.

I want to take a moment to recognize the over-the-top customer service we’ve experienced at Oak Meadows Apartments, especially from the maintenance team. Overall, we’ve had great service since moving in, but Martín truly set the bar incredibly high today. Martín was off the clock and on his way home when he saw us struggling to move our couch. Without hesitation, he stopped and helped us—completely on his own time. That level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care is rare and did not go unnoticed. I also want to acknowledge the maintenance team as a whole, who has been consistently helpful and responsive. Moments like this really show what kind of community Oak Meadows is. Thank you, Martín, for going above and beyond—it truly made our day and reinforced how happy we are to live

Diana, the assistant manager is amazing. She is very courteous and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say. She definitely deserves a promotion and/or raise for the type of respect and service she gives the community. As a former retail manager for multiple businesses, this would be somebody I would have chose to run any of my 4 stores. Thank you so much Diana. EDIT - Read over your contract very carefully as there are a lot of add on fees that come out of nowhere . We were hit with a late fee that still has not been paid by them, but we paid out-of-pocket over a mistake that they caused. Even though our registration is expired on both vehicles, we have to walk 1 mile To get to where our vehicles now because they decided all of a sudden to implement parking and cited there was

I experienced an issue with automated payment processing at this property. My scheduled payment did not go through because the system cited a payment limit that was set just below my actual balance. This resulted in a late fee, even though I did not set any such limit during my auto payment setup. I encourage future tenants to clarify all payment policies in advance and to keep careful records of their transactions and communications with management
