At Oak Manor I’ve had the best experience when applying for an apartment from the leasing representative to the property manager Kyra they are very nice ladies which welcomed me with open arms. While providing excellent customer service they were able to get me into my first apartment and I couldn’t be anymore thankful to be in such a beautiful new home! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable but really nice apartment.

Shot out to Ms Maria,she’s straight to the point no foolishness,and will answer any questions clearly…in very little time got me into my new apartment here and EVERYTHING matched what she said from the ads to what was said in office and over the phone…and everything here seems relaxed,clean,and quiet…thank you Ms lady

Been here several years and property and pool are kept clean. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Also the office staff, such as Jenniene, are very good at resolving any issues that are communicated.

I just moved in to an apartment here with my husband. The community is cute and small and everyone seems so friendly especially the women in the leasing office. Susan helped us so much through the whole process, she made everything go seamlessly. I truly appreciate all of her help and guidance! Kyra was also a huge help to us and very kind and welcoming!! Their kindness and passion for the community is what really persuaded us to choose Oak Manor. :)

We have been living in this complex for 4 years now. And I still love it as the first day we came to see it. The office staff are very friendly, eager to help with any situation, are great individuals that take care of you like family. They are very knowledgeable of everything pertaining to their work. Maria and Jeanine are truly awesome. The areas are always kept clean from garbage or clutter. The apartments are comfortable. Parking lots are spacious and always clean. Neighbors are quiet and nice people. Maintenance issues are always taken seriously and promptly no matter if big or small the issue. Juan the maintenance person is very knowledgeable of his work. He works quickly, efficiently and always very neatly. And, no matter time or day if any maintenance problem he calls back immediat
