Oak Leaf Meadows

I live near here. It was beautiful Now it's starting to look like a bad area in Modesto. The people who rent there . No discretion. They won't rent to a single senior woman. You must have 2 people or more at least. It's turning in̈to a mess.

This place needs a manager who actually cares about her job. This place has gone down hill since losing the original manager they had ( Rosa) she was amazing at her job and everyone followed the rules including herself and she showed respect for the residents. It's sad to see the difference a change in a manager can make 🧐 Tsssss!!!!

❤️❤️❤️ I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HERE LOOKING AT APARTMENTS, I WAS ABLE TO TOUR A UNIT THAT WAS GETTING UPDATED. IT'S THE PERFECT SIZE FOR A ONE BEDROOM AND YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PATIO THAT'S OPENED. I LOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️ THE NEW FLOORS AND THE UPDATED KITCHEN. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND THEY REALLY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE BUILDING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE #ONLYTHELORDKNOWSWHATSINSTOREFOR2024 💯💯💯👌👌👌😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇.
