Oak Leaf Apartments

Oak leaf is a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet. There is trash service and a laundry room. The lawn is well maintained. There is also access to swimming pools across the street.

Nice office people but communication/information is hard to deal with. 2 months I didn't have a working fridge. Didnt even have the lock, key OR the walkthrough ready on the day of move in. This apartment was not ready. The company who owns this company, which is wooten, has not helped almost at all. The rent changed from our agreement to when we signed the lease because they switched managers right before we moved in. Would definitely keep tabs on bills as well since we had to argue with an accountant through them as well, because the accountant tells you one thing, then the management tells you another. Also apparently the office doesn't know when maintenance is gone which was a little baffling.

Management is great! Pot holes need fixed well, the whole parking lot actually and the building it's self needs some repairs

I love where I am living. Its peaceful, its quiet and I really enjoy it.

They are not quick on repairs my daughter live there for 2 years with a broke frigerator and a leaky bathroom
