Oak Hill Townhomes

I lived her back in 2002 and moved in 2009. Back then it was okay on the back side by the trucking company. It was peaceful. Maintenance was okay for me because I didn’t play with them nor did they play with me. It’s true about pest. First it started with the ants. Some think that’s not a problem , but will become one. Then roaches from others neighbors houses. Then Lord have mercy the mice. I had to get a cat which my son wanted anyway. But the place serves my purpose as a young mother with two kids. I’ve heard the place has really changed for the worse, so I guess me getting a 1 bedroom is out the question. Those in need a a quick need of spot and out of choices is why I would say take if you MUST. If not and you got time or more resources and money…. 🏃‍♀️ as fast as you can. Sorry this

It was cool living there. The rent was affordable it was close to work. It's a laundry mat around the corner. Giant and Safeway was close if you needed food. It's off a busy street but it was livable. I had ring cameras so I caught alot of illegal stuff on camera. The neighbors hated me but I was always the first person they ran to when they needed help. Every time something scared them they ran and rung my doorbell. I left because I needed a washer and dryer and wasn't allowed to have one on the property. I would live there again. Just not in the same court.

Most of the reviews here are true. However I gave 2 stars because my experience was a little different only reason why I moved here twice is because of the easy process with little background check. The mice were a huge problem only way I got rid of them was to get a cat and I have ocd and a absolute neat freak. My place was always super clean but that didn’t matter. I’m not sensitive at all so the attitude from whoever they hired for the front desk I give attitude right back. I did have one bad experience with maintenance. My oven stop working and it took them over a months to fix it. When I moved in the 2nd time my freezer door also wouldn’t stay closed so they took a brand new refrigerator out a unit and put my old one in there …..Ikr……if a unit come available near the rent office hop o

when I first moved in I was in the 1bdroom on Matthew’s I loved the apartment, management then we great no issues stayed there four four years. I transfer across the street on Exeter those town house are very small the kitchen is extremely small and tight . Management changed and everything went down hill , maintenance was the worst they installed our stove wrong and gas was leaking the rodents issue was out of control on that side .

On nights around the 4th of July, it is believed that residents in the vicinity are letting off fireworks, disturbing the peace and frightening nearby homeowners and neighbors in Better Waverly.
