Oak Hammock Apartments

These apartments are decent apartments for a first apartment for a young adult with dependents. The office manager Rosa is very rude and very unprofessional. Mrs. Rosa does not complete required paperwork for her tenants until she feels like completing the paperwork. I am hesitate to place a work order due to Mrs. Rosa's terrible attitude. Hopefully the corporate office will listen to the tenants and require Mrs. Rosa to adjust her attitude before someone files a complaint against the apartment complex.

I have yet to figure out why the management company whoever they are Keith gross to own has Manny. She is extremely rude and nasty. But I think I reason they don't is because she don't give out the right phone number to management. If you want to talk to her boss she won't lie about that number.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! ROSA GRANT IS EVIL! These are income baed apartments that are suppose to cater to a need in the community.. The maintenance never have maintenance forms they dont fix anything they paint over all damages they are unapproachable about issues and even emergency protocols are nonexistent. If you move here you are on your own! My apartment was flooded from the upstairs unit it was disgusting and damaged my entire unit. I eventually had to call the city. ROSA refused to change my carpet or move me or do anything and lied about the incident by giving me a ten day notice. I lost items and my kids things were contaminated. ROSA said i could "call the city again" ... do not live here!

I lived in Oak Hammond in 2011, I applied for a correctional job and needed the rxact dates I lived there. I went into the office a Rosa was just as rude as she was a decade ago. She is nasty, and unprofessional . These apartments have came down since I lived here. I hated it then and I was glad to slgo back baicause it made me remember where I dont want to ever be again

I have seen comments about old management we now have new front office manager and asst .manager and a very knowledgeable and great maintenance supervisor a lot of our units have been remodeled and we continue to improve check us out for yourself
