First off property manager Johnny is amazing person very humble; he made this process easy and very understanding with life issues. Him and his maintenance man were professional and awesome personality. My father and I got a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Very nice and up to date. It's conveniently infront of fred myers makes shopping easy.
We lived here for a year (2016-1017) and it was LITERALLY the only part of Milwaukee/Portland that we loved. Super quiet small complex, beautiful courtyard. Directly across the street is Fred Meyer and a Chase Bank ATM. Maintenance (Dan) very responsive, and manager Minnie is lovely and friendly.
Current Manager Mini and maintenance manager Don. Thank you so much I've been here over 7 years now and you are the best team I've seen so far!!! :) You've kept this place very safe and very friendly! And it's always clean and my neighbors are great!
Beautiful apartment community...manager Mini and maintenance Don are both easy to get along with, solid communicators, and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Good luck finding better value elsewhere
