Oak Grove

- It was a lot at move in/ until they changed maitence now all has been well for a majority but Let me tell you what happened before the change - ceiling fan fell 2x within a week of move in they came to fix it and then it fell again, thankfully it was in the living room and not bedroom. - No heat during a cold, asked them to fix it and they said they’ll get to it by the time they did cold was gone (2 days) luckily I’m from the north so I was prepared with blankets and my own heater. - No ac for a week with it being 80 outside was told it was an emergency when it’s 80 degrees outside, it was 82, in my house felt like 87, however no one came for 2 days - Sink took forever 3 weeks to get fixed, could not use my bathroom sink for the whole time it was out. - Good luck finding parking, it

Luisa Anna Laura I’ve had such a positive experience living at Oak Grove Apartments. The management team has amazing communication and always makes things smooth and stress-free. The pool is a huge plus—it’s clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The apartments themselves are affordable, which makes it even better for me at 22, living a great life here. Highly recommend Oak Grove for anyone looking for a great place to call home!

My car was towed while visiting a resident at this apartment complex for less than three hours. There were no clearly visible signs explaining visitor parking rules, permits, or towing enforcement, and visitors are not informed of these policies. I understand that rules may exist, but policies without clear signage or communication are unfair to guests. As a result, I had to track down my vehicle and pay $300 to get it back. This situation could have been completely avoided with proper signage and transparency. Future visitors should be extremely cautious and clarify parking rules ahead of time.
