Oak Grove Apartments

Do not try and rent from this place if you have any credit issues! Was told when applying that they would work with you as long as it wasn’t criminal issues.. I waited since the 12th of January until today just get a general answer from them that I didn’t meet the criteria because I had late payments on my credit report.. Only thing that this place has going for them is the rent is reasonable.. I’d rate them a 1/2 star if I could 🙄

Management is good about resolving issues. Maintenance requests are usually addressed quickly. No complaints.

Beautiful place and plenty of parking space... clean and comfortable.

I’ve lived at Oak Grove Apartments for over four years now and I really enjoy living here! The staff are responsive to requests and generally friendly and the other tenants are as well. The apartments are generally sound proof so you don’t have to listen to your neighbors lives around you and the stairs are made of concrete so that makes the noise of people going up and down the stairs very slight. It’s a great place to live in the summer as well because of the outdoor pool here, (though it’s not heated) it’s nicely maintained and really refreshing on a hot day!
