I recommend this apartment if you are looking for an affordable apartment. Especially because the staff is always very kind and very helpful. Maintenance team is fast and efficiently. I have been here for some time now and I’m really happy!

So to begin with I would give this apt honestly a -5 why. For instance this apartment don’t receive the proper maintenance they need walls,ceiling,even restrooms don’t even get me started on the floor. The flooring is poorly installed and can be a health hazard for older people.homes have been confirmed by multiple residents to have bedbug and honestly it would be nice to get assigned personal parking there’s always trouble finding parking but to top it off management is really bad.

Very Friendly staff, maintenance work pretty fast. Living here for very long time, prices are affordable. Property is looking pretty with all this remodeling they did.

I like this property, since day one the staff is very helpful and prices are affordable. close to major intersections such as the beltway 8, 290, 610. is practically easy to navigate from one point to the other.

I'm now going on my 4th year living here. Cheapest apartments around the area. Great staff and maintenance. Love the remodeling they're doing to make the living environment better.
