Oak Glade Apartments

Don't bother. Neighbors are loud and rude with zero regard for where they live. Place is full of Saul silber employees but can't get anything fixed. Hell, had a tree almost fall into my apartment (while home and pregnant) because they cant be bothered to keep up with tree maintenance; i was only saved thanks to the concrete courtyard wall being slightly taller than the roof. People in the office are nice on the surface but go back on their promises and just want to bleed you of your money from the moment you sign the lease all the way up to even after you move as well as pull favorites for certain tenants(employees and their own family). No parking and surrounding neighborhoods are becoming more and more dangerous (gun violence).

I have been living in these apartments for a little over two years and I am very pleased with NEW management. Yvette and the maintenance staff always makes sure that my concerns are dealt with in a timely matter and she is always easy to talk too very down to earth. Recently we moved into a bigger unit and the staff did a beautiful job making sure my new apartment was ready to go for my family. The neighborhood is very family friendly and I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve Been Living Here For A Month & This complex is beautiful and well-groomed, Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. I thank God every day for allowing me to be here. This place is very clean, quiet, and beautiful. I feel like what I pay in rent is well worth it. I am very well pleased with the amenities we have. When I moved in my place was spotless clean! My landlord “ Yvette “ is SO amazing and everyone is so nice. I would definitely give this 5 stars!

We just moved in to one or the townhomes that Oak Glade is over, and let me tell you, i am beyond happy and pleased, Miss Yvette is an amazing Landlord, Businesswoman and she does it all, i dont know how but shes very attentive to her tenants needs and emergencies. But going back to the actual unit we got, at first we were just gonna go see it and we actually didn't have no hope this was gonna be anywhere near what we were looking for. But from the moment we step foot in the office, to talking to Yvette and going to see the unit (which was being completely remodeled, and i was so happy for that) everyone was so nice and polite and so so very friendly, and the head maintenance lady is a joy, she pays attention to detail in everything and did i mention she was so nice too. I honestly don't like doing reviews, but Yvette and her staff has been so amazing that I just have to! From the time I walked into the office to look at apartments, I felt at ease. Yvette has helped me from the very beginning, trying to get me into the perfect apartment for me and my daughter. She had kept me up to date on my apartment when it was ready, and let me even tour my place before I signed to make sure I was happy with it. Everytime I see her, she asks how I am doing, how my daughter is doing, etc. Living somewhere that truly cares about me as a person instead of just money coming in is great. I have lived in a lot of places, and moved quite a bit here in Gainesville, and I was thoroughly impressed with how clean and well maintained the apartment was, and how fast it was ready fo
