Awful experience! Spend a little more and get something better than this dump. Between the neighbor having schizo episodes screaming at his mom every week, to leaks on the bottom floor due to improper water retention, this place was everything but a home. Good luck with your neighbors jumping on the floor above you. The cherry on top is that management doesn’t have an office and is pretty much nonexistent to your problems or issues. In fact, I have to wait now 2 months to receive my security deposit back because they decided to mail the check in a Friday before close on a holiday week and it got lost. If I could negative stars I would do it. I will never rent from a Chelsea building again!!

The management is shady with the rental contract, they created a typo on my lease which shifted into the years following the lease. Not 1 person would take responsibility for the whomever created the original lease, they over charged me a full months rent & nobody will admit fault. Be VERY careful reading the lease & check the dates. Don’t accept their kindness for faults in the accuracy of the contract. Walt is absolutely FANTASTIC! Walt gets the 5 stars 🌟

I’ve called over the course of 30 days with 0 response. They never call back. If i could give 0 stars I would.
