Applying for an apartment is usually a hassle, but with Cynthia’s help, the process went very smoothly. She answered our questions professionally and patiently, and carefully prepared a moving-in gift in the apartment. Definitely highly appreciated for everything! I recently moved out earlier this month and had an overall enjoyable stay here. I lived here for almost 2 years and had some issues here and there. Cons: -There were about 2 times throughout my stay where the fire alarm went off outside and there was no one to contact. It took about an hour and a half for it to turn off. Management never addressed it or apologized for the inconvenience. -Sometimes the trash was not picked up on schedule and we were not warned about it ahead of time. -Throughout the end of my lease, the hallways started to get super dirty and trashy. Residents around my area didn’t seem to care about the cleanness of the complex sometimes as there was trash. Also, there was dog poop everywhere. -The walls are somewhat thin.
