Hello I would like to share my extremely frustrating experience, flat out misinformation, and false promises from Oak Creek Homes. We purchased an Oak Creek Home Brazos model from Greenmark Tiny Homes in Stonewall, TX in March of 2025. The sales person Louis Peer was helpful and enthusiastic but information regarding delivery dates kept being pushed back. We were told we could have delivery in 3-7 weeks. Delivery was made on June 17, 2025 at 10:45 am which was 16 weeks. The delivery personnel were great. Upon arrival the house had cracks in the sheetrock walls and ceiling obviously from traveling the roads and the shower had extremely low pressure compared to the bathroom and kitchen sinks and we were missing two screens on either side of the front door. We double checked with Louis our sa

Do not buy from these people! The house has been on our property since October 2022. We still have not moved in March 2023. This is a 273.000.00 home. Walls look like a roller coster, floors not level, cabinets are the cheapest junk they could find and keep in mind this is supposed to be at there top end. The contractor they used to put the hose on pilings is just as bad. These people at Oak Creek will not return a call or email at all. 100% the worst buying experience I have ever had. They will lie to you every step of the way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Update 8/27/24 After the factory would not fix the issues with the floors and plumbing we had to use a contractor to correct everything and that was $26,000.00. Then the storm came and we found out that the Hurricane package tha

My husband and I purchased an Oak Creek Home new build from Tulsa and it was built at the Fort Worth factory. We closed on June 20, 2022, house built new and set on the property September 1. We were told we should be able to move in within 90 days. Today is January 10, 2023 and we’re nowhere near moving in. This is our 5th month of paying mortgage on the home while continuing to rent another home. We’ve been told we could move in twice but we have severe structural issues along with some electrical, plumbing, and septic issues and many windows won’t open. It’s an unsafe home as of today. The first finishing crew destroyed the interior of home, didn’t put down any plastic or tape before texturing and painting. Every inch of the house has paint and texture splatters. The trim, peel and stick

I wanted to update our experience with this dealer. You can see where the dealer had issues during covid. Covid has come and gone. The issues we brought up were partially resolved and the message where they aknoledged they still had work to do. Well no one followed up. If you do decide to buy an oak creek i would advise to buy a few hundred dollars worth of tools. Then watch videos on diy repairs. After years in this house we give it 0 out of 5. But rating allow them 1 star. I did however steer 3 other home buyers into solitares in ardmore ok. Those people took care of there customers. All homes have issues. Oak creek just doesnt care, and that has become a buisness model

I had a weren't issue with the heat pump after having the home 6 months. After 4 weeks of trying to get them to do something about it, I had an A/C repair man come out and fix it. $416.00 that I should not have had to pay, but at least I now have heat and A/C again. The just don't do warranty at all.
