NZC Homes

We bought a new home built by NZC Homes May of 2019. About 6 months after we moved in we began having issues with grout cracking throughout our house. Warranty had us wait until our 1 yr assessment to report grout issues, we reported at 1 yr. Kenny's Tile came out, replaced a tile and patched where the grout was cracking. (The grout patched didn't match the original grout, you could see everywhere it was patched). A few months after all these same areas began to crack again. Again it was reported to NZC Homes and the warranty company, we struggled to get any response. After many phone calls and texts they finally came back out close to 7 months later. During this time I was told there was a dispute of responsibility between NZC Homes and Kenny's Tile. We got caught in a blame game dispute.

I’d give negative stars if I could. We entered into a contract with NZC last summer. In the contract they agreed to specific things we wanted done to the deck. We wanted it all composite decking. We even paid them extra to do these things. They only laid some composite deck boards down and did the rest in wood. In the contract that they agreed to we requested no natural wood be used in the construction of the deck. They refused to fix this. With that situation, they were given ample time per the contract to correct the deck. Again they refused which was a complete breach of the contract we and they agreed to. As stated in the contract, we were entitled to our earnest money back and the money we initially paid them to make these modifications. They did not reimburse us our money. Since they

You won’t find a company anywhere that is more professional, dedicated to quality, an advocate for their customers, or thorough than Legacy Homes. Bill and Dave have been truly amazing to work with, and I can’t imagine going through our situation without all of their support! They are not just a homebuilder… they are truly a customer advocate to deal with all aspects of the home building and repair process. Their attention to detail is the best I’ve ever seen through the years. I cannot rate them high enough but am so grateful to be working with them! We LOVE our home!!! NCZ Homes and his crew are amazing!!! As with any new home, small items come up on the first year and that is expected with every builder however with Nick, Jeff and the team we experienced much more than we expected! We have experienced continued, respectful and unwavering service! This group has built a reputation for customer service, pride and quality and we could not be happier!!! Our home is absolutely stunning and our family could not be happier with NCZ!! Thank you!!!!!!
