Do not use this company. They will scam you. I rented a 3 family only to find out months later the home was illegally converted. The realtor was fully aware and never disclosed that information. When I contacted them they told me I should of know all the homes in Yonkers are 2 family not 3 😡. The city notified me and made me close a whole floor. They have no professionalism or ethics.

The worst! I had an agent by the name of Maria Almonte help me. At first, she was very nice and it seemed as if she truly wanted to help me. I got to see a few units and everything seemed to be moving forward. I even submitted all the required documents she had requested along with the application. I went on a Saturday to go see a couple units. There was one unit I was very interested in seeing and unfortunately the door was locked so I was unable to view it. She was very accommodating and confirmed an appointment for me to return for that specific unit. I confirmed with her 2 days before the appointment to make sure we were still good for the time and date we had previously agreed on, since I had to first confirm with my job on a alternate schedule to be able to view the said apartment. T

absolutely the worst, these people are the most irresponsible agents in the world, they will not take your calls or help you after months of you trying to find an apartment that was promised to you nd then no reply no nothing at all, the worst i wish i could give them zero stars

They have nothing to offfer. They don’t pick up calls and when they text you they don’t show up.
